Delivery & Returns

In addition to our UK Mainland shipping service, you may also collect your items directly from our warehouse. To do this, you can select the 'Collection' option when checking out. Our shipping charges are based on UK mainland routes, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

• Smaller items, weighing under 30kg in total weight of complete order will be £17.00
• Larger items, weighing over 30kg Or longer than 100cm,will require pallet delivery, charged at £115.00 + £15.00 Packing Fee

Please refer to our delivery & returns policies regarding returns and cancellations, or contact the office for further details.

Returns are available on products which remain unused, in the original packaging, and the original state. If you wish to return items, you may bring them to our depot, or we can help arrange return shipping at your expense.

With all of our custom made items, returns will be unavailable, with the exception of those items which are rejected as faulty upon delivery.
